These fees are negotiated individually with each client based on factors like asset size, investment strategy, and complexity of the engagement. The wrap fee covers portfolio management, trade execution, custody, and client reporting. Clients may pay more than if purchasing services separately. Fees are generally deducted monthly in advance.
