Fee Structure
SFG charges asset management fees quarterly in advance, based on asset size and service complexity, with a maximum annual fee of 2%. Consulting services are included, but separate financial planning agreements may be negotiated. A quarterly account maintenance fee of $25 is charged for non-discretionary accounts using Stonebridge's Black Diamond software. Option accounts incur an additional 0.25%-0.5% fee. Financial planning fees are fixed ($3,000-$5,000 per plan) or hourly ($250-$350 per hour), charged in arrears. Retirement plan services have separate fees, up to 1.00% annually for plans with assets of $800,000 or more, or a flat fee of $4,000 for smaller plans.
