ACM charges an annual fee based on the value of your managed assets, debited quarterly. The fee is 1.00% for assets under $3 million, 0.75% for assets between $3 million and $5 million, and 0.50% for assets over $5 million. Fees are negotiable in certain circumstances. Clients are also responsible for brokerage commissions, custodial fees, and other related expenses. Management fees may be split with solicitors in solicitor-generated accounts, potentially resulting in a higher overall fee for the client.
