This includes a portion for BCM (up to 0.95%) and a portion for the advisor (up to 1.55%). All accounts are charged a monthly $8 fee, reduced proportionately for accounts below $8,000 in AUM. Fee discounts are provided when affiliated ETFs and mutual funds are used. Minimum account sizes typically range from $5,000 to $100,000.
