Fee Structure
SFA offers two fee structures: an All-Inclusive Account (Wrap Fee) and a Non-Inclusive Account (Non-Wrap Fee). Fees are negotiable. The All-Inclusive program includes advisory fees and non-transaction-related fees, while the Non-Inclusive program includes advisory fees and transaction costs. Transaction charges for the Non-Inclusive program are $4.00 per transaction. If you elect to include alternative investments in your account, the custodian will assess an annual fee of $50.00 for the purchase, redemption of registration of the security, in addition to a $35.00 per position for registered securities, or $125.00 for unregistered securities.

Brian is involved in several outside business activities, including serving on the investment committee for the Colorado Episcopal Foundation and as an officer for the Cathedral Ridge Camp and Conference Center. He also owns Bennco Advisors, a registered investment advisor, and sells fixed annuities through Ohio State Life Insurance Company and fixed insurance through various providers, dedicating minimal time to each insurance activity.
