Bernzott is compensated by a percentage of assets under management. For private clients, the annual fee is 1.00% on the first $2 million, 0.75% on the next $3 million, and 0.50% on assets above $5 million. Fees are generally paid quarterly in arrears. Multiple accounts for a single client relationship can be combined for fee break purposes. Bernzott does not impose a minimum annual fee, nor do they charge fees to establish or terminate an account. They do not receive brokerage commissions or have hourly charges.
