Fee Structure
Dean Investments charges a fee based on a percentage of assets under management. The fee is calculated based on the market value of the portfolio at the end of the preceding quarter. Fees are billed quarterly in advance. The minimum account size may be negotiable. Clients investing in the Dean Funds will only pay the fees charged by the Dean Funds. Fees may be negotiable in certain instances.
