About This Firm
O.N. Investment Management Company (ONIMCO) is a SEC Registered Investment Adviser and a subsidiary of The O.N. Equity Sales Company (ONESCO). ONIMCO IARs provide financial planning services and investment advisory programs, including third-party programs and IAR-directed programs through Envestnet. They also offer retirement plan advisory services to ERISA plan fiduciaries and participants.
Fee Structure
Financial planning fees are agreed upon in advance, not generally exceeding $5,000 unless authorized by ONIMCO Home Office. Specialized financial services are billed hourly (up to $350/hr) or fixed fee (up to $5,000/year), also requiring authorization for higher fees. Investment advisory program fees vary by sponsor, with tiered schedules for larger accounts. IARs may charge between 0.30% - 1.50% annually, but this may not include all fees. Fees are deducted from your account. ONIMCO clients with similar account size might not pay the same fee.
