Discounted Advisory Fees: Employees/Board Members of AmeriServ Financial®, Inc., AFB, and AWA will be granted a 10% discount from the applicable fee schedule. At the discretion of AWA, Non -Profit and Charitable Organizations 501(c)(3) generally are granted a 10% discount from the applicable fee schedule.
Fee Estimator
AWA's fees for portfolio management are based on a percentage of assets under management. For accounts excluding fixed income only accounts, the fee is 1.00% on the first $1 million, 0.80% on the next $2 million, 0.60% on the next $2 million, and 0.40% on assets over $5 million. For fixed income only accounts, the fee is 0.60% on the first $3 million, 0.45% on the next $2 million, 0.35% on the next $5 million, and 0.25% on assets over $10 million. A minimum of $250,000 of assets under management is required, but this is negotiable. Employees/Board Members of AmeriServ Financial®, Inc., AFB, and AWA will be granted a 10% discount from the applicable fee schedule. Non-Profit and Charitable Organizations 501(c)(3) generally are granted a 10% discount from the applicable fee schedule.
