For CMS Wealth Management, the first $2,000,000 is 1.50%, the next $1,000,000 is 1.25%, and above $3,000,000 is 1.00%. For CMS Third Party Managers, the first $2,000,000 is 1.75%, the next $3,000,000 is 1.50%, the next $5,000,000 is 1.25%, and above $10,000,000 is negotiable. Fees are charged quarterly in advance or arrears. CMS may negotiate fees based on various criteria. A minimum portfolio size of $1,000,000 is generally required.
