About This Firm
Pacific Management, Ltd. (PML) is a registered investment advisor that manages Pacific Asset Partners (PAP), a long-short, small and mid-cap investment limited partnership. The partnership is in the process of liquidation and is not accepting new investors or making new investments. PML hires Stafford Capital Management for operational and administrative services.
Fee Structure
PML's fees are deducted quarterly from Pacific Asset Partner's assets. For assets under $10,000,000, the partnership charges a 2% management fee and a 20% performance fee. For assets greater than $10,000,000 and less than or equal to $20,000,000, the management fee is 0.375%. For assets greater than $20,000,000, the management fee is 0.25%. The net profit or loss is allocated 20% to the general partner and 80% to all partners. Note: Fees are not currently being imposed/collected during liquidation.
