Fee Structure

For example, the Large Cap Quality Growth strategy charges 1.00% on the first $1,000,000, decreasing to 0.90% on the next $4,000,000, 0.70% on the next $5,000,000, 0.60% on the next $15,000,000, and 0.50% on the next $25,000,000. Fees are negotiable for amounts over $50,000,000. The minimum account size varies by strategy, ranging from $100,000 to $500,000. The Emerging Markets and Fundamental Global Equity strategies have a flat annual fee of 1.00%.
