Fee Structure
ICG's fees are charged as a percentage of assets under management, not exceeding 1.0% for retail clients and 0.5% for institutional clients. Fees are negotiable and confirmed in writing. A flat fee may be applied until client assets reach an agreed-upon level. Fees are payable quarterly in arrears based on the market value of the account. For retirement plan consulting, fees are also a percentage of assets, with flat fee options available. Employee education meetings may incur additional charges of $500 per day, plus travel expenses.
