About This Firm
MFS Institutional Advisors (MFSI) serves institutional investors and their consultants since 1986. MFSI provides investment advisory services to Institutional Clients primarily via separate accounts and sub-advisory services to pooled investment vehicles. MFSI also provides non-discretionary portfolio model-delivery programs to Institutional Clients. MFSI acts only as an investment adviser (or sub-adviser) for Managed Account Programs and does not act as the sponsor of any Managed Account Program.
Fee Structure
MFSI's investment advisory fees are usually based upon a percentage of assets under management. MFSI reserves the right to negotiate and charge different types or rates of advisory fees for different accounts. MFSI’s asset-based fees may range as shown in the table. MFSI may also charge performance-based fees. Managed Account Program fees range from 0.24% to 0.55% depending on the investment strategy and program type.
