Fee Structure
JRL Capital Advisors' fees are negotiable and can be based on a percentage of assets under management, fixed fees, consulting service fees, or commissions. The exact percentage for asset allocation is negotiable, but the net management fee will never exceed 2.00% of assets under management per account. A minimum annual fixed fee of $7,500 is required for consulting services, also negotiable. Fees for third-party manager selection are paid by the IRIA, up to 1.25% of the advisory management fee paid by the client to the IRIA. For MAP clients, the fee will never exceed 1.75% of assets under advisement.
