About This Firm
Green Investment Management (GIM) provides continuous investment advice based on individual client needs. They offer a wide choice of asset allocation and investment strategies called “Models,” managed with fundamental and technical analysis. Clients can select or customize models. GIM monitors outside strategists and exercises final discretion over all models. Minimum account size is $25,000.
Fee Structure
Management fees vary depending on the investment program and models chosen. GIM and the advisor reserve the right to negotiate their respective fees, and clients with similar assets may have differing fee schedules. Advisor's fees have ranged from 0 to 1.25%. A minimum of $25,000 of assets per account and per Model selected is required. GIM discourages what would be deemed excessive fees, combined Management and Advisory fees should not exceed 3% annually.
