About This Firm
HCM offers investment management through the Hodges Private Client Wrap Program, providing both Free Style and Strategy Portfolios. Free Style Portfolios are customized by Investment Adviser Representatives, while Strategy Portfolios are managed by HCM's Portfolio Management team. HCM also manages the Hodges Family of Mutual Funds.
Fee Structure
HCM charges an annualized asset-based advisory fee, ranging from 1% to 1.5%, paid quarterly in advance. Fees are negotiable and may vary based on asset size, related accounts, market fluctuations, and portfolio strategy. The investment advisor recommending the wrap fee program may receive more compensation than with other programs. The account minimum is $500,000. Certain fees, such as custodial fees and ETF charges, are not included in the wrap fee.
