J.P. Morgan Private Investments Inc. (JPMPI) provides discretionary and non-discretionary sub-advisory, portfolio management, and research services as part of the J.P. Morgan Managed Investment Services Program offered through J.P. Morgan Securities LLC (JPMS). Clients can opt for Managed Accounts or Guided Accounts. JPMPI determines strategic and tactical asset allocations and is responsible for security selection.
Fee Structure
JPMPI does not directly receive fees from clients. JPMS reimburses JPMPI for its costs in providing investment services. Clients pay JPMS an asset-based fee (wrap fee) for the various services JPMS provides in the Program. Clients indirectly bear fund expenses, including management fees and brokerage costs.
