Fees for asset management are based on a percentage of assets under management and will not exceed 1.25% annually. An additional administrative fee beginning at 0.05% is charged for technology platforms. A $10 minimum quarterly technology platform fee ($40 annually) applies to each account. Financial planning and investment due diligence fees are negotiable. Subadvisor fees are in addition to IMA Private Wealth's fees. The managed assets in Private Funds will be assessed a lower advisory fee by us, not to exceed an annual fee of 50%. A minimum of $50,000 is generally required to open and maintain an advisory account or enter into a financial planning agreement, but this is negotiable.
