ACM charges annual management fees based on a percentage of assets under management. For private equity accounts, fees are up to 0.80%, and for fixed income accounts, fees are up to 0.35%. Model Separate Account/ETF fees are up to 0.65%. Minimum investments are $300,000 for private accounts, $150,000 for Model Separate Accounts, and $50,000 for Model ETF Strategies. The client's primary advisor will generally add their own advisory fee. ACM also offers Pathfinder, a managed mutual fund program, where compensation comes from fees paid to Advisors Capital from the Funds.
