Scottsdale Capital Advisors (SCA) offers investment advice and trading for various securities. SCA representatives may offer variable and fixed annuities, life insurance, and other insurance-based products. SCA will waive advisory fees for two years following annuity purchase in a managed account.
Fee Structure
Advisory fees are a percentage of assets under management, negotiable but not exceeding 2%. Fees for sub-advised portions will not exceed 1%, and the combined SCA/sub-advisor fee will not exceed 2%. Fees are exclusive of brokerage commissions and other related costs. The Investment Advisory Agreement may be terminated with 30 days' written notice.
