About This Firm
VestGen offers investment advisory and management services through its Managed Accounts Platform (MAP) to individuals, investment companies, pension plans, and other entities. The platform provides access to proprietary and third-party model portfolios, proposal generation, and account servicing. VestGen also manages its own proprietary models and a mutual fund. Services are implemented on various platforms, including brokerage accounts, variable insurance, and retirement platforms.

VestGen reserves the right to charge a different management fee, no greater than 2.20% annually, on any account value, in its sole discretion, as agreed to by the client.
Fee Estimator
VestGen charges an annual fee based on a percentage of the assets managed. The standard fee schedule is 2.20% on the first $500,000, 1.85% on the next $500,000 (from $500,000 to $1,000,000), and 1.25% on amounts above $1,000,000. VestGen reserves the right to charge a different management fee, up to 2.20% annually, as agreed to by the client. These fees may or may not include Model Manager fees, custodial transaction fees or investment advisory fees. Model Manager fees typically range from 0.0% to 0.35% but may be higher. Management fees for retirement platforms range from 0.10% to 0.65% of assets under management. Sponsored Investment Management Platforms or Investment Programs fees range from .30% to 0.50%.
