Salient Advisors, L.P. provides investment advisory services exclusively to the Westwood Broadmark Tactical Plus Fund, investing primarily in U.S. and non-U.S. equity securities through futures, options, and ETFs. Research and analysis are shared with Westwood affiliates.
Fee Structure
Salient Advisors, L.P. is compensated for providing investment advisory services to the Broadmark Tactical Plus Fund in the form of management fees. For a more detailed discussion of the Fund’s fees and expenses, please refer to the Fund’s prospectus and SAI. The Adviser does not have a stated minimum client investment amount, but it does not plan to accept any clients other than investment companies or unregistered investment funds. However, individual investors in the Fund are subject to a minimum investment, which in certain circumstances is subject to waiver in our discretion.
