Fee Structure
The fee for discretionary investment management services is based on a percentage of assets managed, ranging from 0.50% to 1.25% annually. Fees are calculated and payable at the end of each calendar quarter. There is a minimum annual fee of $5,000. Fees are negotiable and may vary from client to client. Financial planning services are billed at a negotiated rate with a minimum fee of $5,000 and typical fees ranging from $5,000 to $15,000. Financial planning services are provided without cost to clients when the assets are under management with the firm.
