Fee Estimator
Direct clients pay an annual fee based on the strategy and market value of their assets. For Small Cap Equity, the rate is 0.90% on the first $25 million and 0.70% over $25 million, with a $45,000 minimum annual fee. For Micro Cap Equity, it's a flat 1.0% with a $50,000 minimum. Small Cap Opportunities is 1.0% flat with a $50,000 minimum, Micro Cap Opportunities is 1.25% flat with a $62,500 minimum, and SMID Cap Opportunities is 1.0% on the first $25 million and 0.85% over $25 million, with a $50,000 minimum. Fees are negotiable and may be waived or reduced at the firm's discretion. Wrap clients pay fees to the wrap sponsor, not directly to Rice Hall James.
