Fee Estimator
The annual management fee is based on a percentage of assets under management, with different rates for portfolios above and below $1,000,000. Fees are billed in advance each calendar quarter based on the asset value at the end of the previous quarter. The firm may group related client accounts for fee purposes. Discounts may be offered to family members and friends of associated persons. Clients are also responsible for custodian and broker-dealer fees. A client agreement may be canceled at any time with 30 days written notice, and any prepaid, unearned fees will be promptly refunded.
