About This Firm
BGAM offers asset management on a discretionary or non-discretionary basis, using internal management and/or unaffiliated money managers. Financial planning includes tax, investment, retirement, estate, business, education, and insurance planning. IARs are independent contractors, allowing flexibility in investment strategies, subject to BGAM oversight.
Fee Structure
Asset-based advisory fees are negotiable, with a maximum of 2.5%. Fees are billed quarterly, deducted directly from the client's account. Financial planning fees are also negotiable, either hourly (up to $500/hour) or as a flat fee. Clients are responsible for brokerage commissions, administrative transaction charges, and other related costs. IARs may assess a fee to cover ticket or transactional fees.
