Fee Estimator
The firm charges a percentage of assets under management. The brochure lists the standard fee schedule. Fees are calculated quarterly based on the market value of the portfolio. Clients investing in the Dean Funds will not have the value of those investments included in the quarterly portfolio management fee calculation. The firm retains the discretion to negotiate alternative fees on a client-by-client basis. Any prepaid, unearned fees will be promptly refunded upon termination of the account. Clients are also responsible for mutual fund fees and expenses charged by custodians and broker-dealers. Retirement plan consulting fees are not included.
