ABG Consultants, LLC offers personalized investment management, financial consulting, and financial planning services. They invest primarily in no-load or low-load mutual funds and exchange-traded funds. They provide both discretionary and non-discretionary investment advice and do not act as a custodian of client assets.
Fee Structure
For individual clients, the annual fee ranges from 0.20% to 1.00% of assets under management, billed quarterly. Financial planning fees range from $300 to $1,500 and are negotiable. For retirement plans, the managed account service fee is 0.25% of plan assets, also negotiable. The minimum annual fee for retirement plans is $800 or 0.09%, depending on the billing method. Hourly planning engagements are available at $250 per hour. Fees may be waived or reduced at ABGC's discretion.
