Spark Asset Management Group offers discretionary asset management through Trends Model Portfolios, Strategic Asset Allocation Models, and Special Situations. They also provide investment advice and basic financial planning services, including 401k plan participant advice through Pontera and Plan Confidence Corporation.
Fee Structure
Spark's fees are based on a percentage of assets under management or advisement, hourly charges (maximum $225/hour), or fixed fees, and are negotiable. Fees for assets held away are billed quarterly in advance. Clients using Plan Confidence service are charged a flat monthly fee of $25 per account. Clients must provide 30 days written notice to terminate an account and will not receive any refund upon termination.
