About This Firm
Realta Investment Advisors offers personalized investment management through financial advisors who develop portfolios based on client risk tolerance, objectives, and investment horizon. Accounts can be discretionary or non-discretionary. RIA is compensated via a percentage of assets under management, charged quarterly. Fees are negotiable but cannot exceed the applicable fee schedule.
Fee Structure
The maximum annual fee for the APM program is 2.50%, billed quarterly in advance. Fees are negotiable at the discretion of RIA or the Financial Advisor. Clients may incur additional costs such as mutual fund internal management fees. Clients can terminate their agreement with written notice, and unearned fees will be refunded.
