Fee Estimator
KIS charges a wrap fee, billed monthly in advance, that includes both a KIS program fee and an Investment Manager or Model Strategist fee. The KIS program fee covers KIS's services, BNY Mellon Advisors' money manager fee, and Pershing's clearing broker services. The maximum annual fee is 1.40% for the first $1,000,000 and 1.00% for amounts over $1,000,000. KIS's program fees are negotiable, but will never exceed the stated maximums.
