Archer retains the discretion to negotiate alternative fees on a client-by-client basis and may waive fees for investments in the Archer Series Trust. Archer reserves the right to reduce its account minimum and charge lesser or more on each account up to a 1% investment management fee based upon certain criteria.
Fee Estimator
Archer charges an annual fee based on the market value of your assets (see table). For example, a $600,000 portfolio would cost $4,875 per year. Archer generally requires a minimum account size of $25,000, but this may be reduced at their discretion. Some 401k plans may be billed monthly or a flat fee. The fees do not include brokerage commissions or custodial fees. Archer representatives are compensated by Archer Investment Corporation for the majority of the fees paid by the client.
