Guggenheim Partners Investment Management, LLC (GPIM) offers investment advisory and supervisory services, primarily focused on implementing fixed income and equity asset management strategies, to a variety of institutional clients through separately managed accounts (SMAs) and registered and unregistered pooled investment vehicles. GPIM also provides macro research services to clients, investors and funds.
Fee Structure
GPIM generally charges a monthly or quarterly management fee for SMAs, based on AUM or NAV. The standard management fee for institutional investment advisory services provided to GPIM’s SMA portfolios generally ranges up to 1.00 percent annually of AUM or NAV. Fees are negotiated with each client based on the type of service, account size, and relationship. In certain limited cases, GPIM is paid a fixed or flat management fee.
