Fee Estimator
SWA charges an annual fee based on a percentage of assets under management. The fee is calculated and charged quarterly, in arrears. The annual fee varies depending on the market value of assets and the type of service. SWA may negotiate a lesser management fee based on certain criteria. The firm also has separate fee schedules for fixed-income only and institutional fixed-income only accounts. Any investment management fees charged by Independent Managers will be separate and distinct from SWA’s fees.
