Commerce Street Investment Advisor (CSIA) provides investment management services to private equity funds, private equity fund of funds, and hedge funds. CSIA also offers consulting and advisory services to federally insured depository institutions, and independent fee-only investment management fiduciary services for qualified retirement plans and separately managed accounts.
Fee Structure
Fees are individually negotiated and can be structured as a percentage of investable assets. For the Funds, management fees typically range from 1% to 2% and are calculated and paid quarterly in advance. For fee-only investment management fiduciary and non-fiduciary services, fees typically range from 0.10% to 1.0% for ERISA plans and 0.10% to 2.0% for SMAs, billed in arrears at the end of each calendar quarter.
