Fee Structure
Asset management fees are negotiable, not to exceed 1.50% annually, billed quarterly in advance. Financial planning fees are based on an hourly rate (up to $250/hour) or fixed fee (up to $75,000), with 100% payment required in advance. Retirement plan consulting fees will not exceed 1.00% of plan assets. Clients also incur transaction fees charged by their custodian.
