Fee Structure
Brasada charges a 1.5% annual management fee for the Fund, calculated monthly and paid quarterly in advance. The General Partner receives a 20% performance-based profit allocation. For Sub-Advised and Separate Accounts, the annual management fee ranges from 1% to 1.5%, negotiated with each client. Model portfolio fees are also negotiable.
