Fee Estimator
Investment management fees are based on a percentage of assets under management or a flat fee, not to exceed 2.0% per annum. Fees are negotiable based on various criteria. Financial planning fees are also negotiable and can be fixed or hourly. Hourly consulting services are available, with rates varying based on the IAR's expertise. Consulting services for 1031 Exchange recommendations are billed on a fixed fee not to exceed 5% of the assets included in the recommendations. Fees are billed quarterly in advance.
