For portfolio management, fees are based on assets under management, ranging from 0.25% to 2.5% annually, billed quarterly. All fees are negotiable. The firm also manages private funds (Rovin Capital Strategic Debt Fund I, LLC and Rovin Capital Strategic Real Estate Fund, LLC) with fees as described in the relevant Governing Documents.
