Fee Estimator
Alpha Architect charges an annual fee based on a percentage of your assets under management. The standard fee is 1.00% on assets under $500,000. Fees above $500,000 are negotiable. All fees and account minimums are negotiable and may be discounted. For 1042 Qualified Replacement Property (QRP) accounts, the maximum management fee is 1.0% of the gross, levered account value, and a maximum of 7.0% of the unlevered account value each year. Consulting fees consist of a fixed component of $5,000 and an hourly component that runs $500.00 per hour. Donor Advised Fund services are 0.25% of NAV.
