The minimum annual fee for directly managed accounts is $5,000, but this may be negotiable or waived. For held away accounts, the annual fee is 1.00% of assets. Initial consultation fees range from $750 to $25,000, but are waived if the client engages in asset management and financial planning services. Retirement plan consulting fees will not exceed 1.00% of managed plan assets. Clients will also incur transaction charges and may pay holdings charges imposed by the custodian. Donor-advised fund fees are tiered, ranging from 0.10% to 0.65%.
