Fee Structure
Asset management fees are based on the complexity of the account, time involved, trading activity and program objective best suited for the client, not to exceed 1.50% of assets under management. A negotiated flat rate may be applied in certain circumstances. Financial planning fees are charged hourly (up to $350/hour) or as a flat fee ($1,500 to $10,000). Percentage-based fees for financial planning will not exceed 1% of assets under advisement. Family office service fees are negotiated and determined by the complexity of the engagement, not to exceed 1.50% of assets under management.
