The Firm does take a management fee for its services to Long- Short (discounted to 0.50% per annum for SteelPeak clients from 1.50% per annum for non-SteelPeak clients) and Goal -Line (charged based on each limited partner’s capital commitments and discounted to 1.00% per annum for SteelPeak clients from 1.50% per annum for non-SteelPeak clients).
