Fee Structure
UGA charges a quarterly management fee of approximately 0.25% - 0.50% (1.0% - 2.0% per annum) based on the ending net asset value of the account for such quarter. Fees are deducted directly from the client account with written authorization. Clients are also responsible for fees and expenses charged by custodians and broker-dealers.
