About This Firm
Rice Financial Consulting, Inc. offers manager supervisory services to individuals, high net worth individuals, charities, pension plans and corporations. They direct clients to third-party investment advisers, conducting due diligence on those advisers. RFCI works with Matson Money, Inc. to provide appropriate Mutual Fund and Annuity allocations. RFCI does not participate in wrap fee programs.
Fee Structure
Rice Financial Consulting is compensated via a fee share from the advisers to which it directs clients. The fees shared will not exceed any limit imposed by any regulatory agency. RFCI may direct clients to Matson Money. The annual fee schedule is tiered based on assets, with both RFCI and the third party (Matson Money) receiving a portion of the total fee. The third party's fee is contingent on the asset mix. RFCI's fees are negotiable. Clients are responsible for all third-party fees. There is no account minimum.
