Fee Structure
UCAP provides investment management services for an annual fee based upon a percentage of the market value of the assets being managed. These fees are negotiable, but annual fees shall not exceed 2% of the assets under the Firm's management. Some representatives use a tiered fee schedule; others charge a flat percentage applied to all assets under management. Fees for financial planning services are negotiated on a case-by-case basis and charged on a fixed fee basis, ranging from $500 to $5,000 or more.
