About This Firm
Sound Income Strategies, LLC (SIS) offers discretionary and non-discretionary asset management, ERISA plan services, sub-advisory services, and co-advisory services. They also offer insurance planning and consulting services through licensed IA-Reps. Investment strategies are tailored to individual client goals and risk tolerance. SIS also serves as investment sub-adviser to ETFs.
Fee Structure
SIS charges a management fee of up to 1.75% of assets under management annually for discretionary portfolio management. A limited select group of clients may be charged up to 2.0% annually. Fees are billed monthly in arrears. Financial planning services are compensated via hourly fees (minimum $300 per plan) or fixed fees, negotiated in advance. Clients may also incur transaction fees charged by custodians. The firm requires a minimum of $25,000 to open an account, which may be waived.
