Sanders Morris LLC provides a multi-platform wrap fee advisory program (MAP) where services are provided by an Investment Adviser Representative and may include third-party Portfolio Managers. The client may participate in one or more of five separate platforms within MAP.

Fee Estimator
Sanders Morris LLC offers a wrap fee program where fees are calculated based on the market value of securities held in the account. The total program fee compensates SM, the Representative, and Lockwood for their services. The portion of the fee payable to SM and the Representative is negotiable, but the Lockwood portion is not. The Lockwood platform fee ranges from 0.20% to 0.75% per year depending on the platform and total assets. Portfolio Manager fees are generally not included in the Total Program Fee for MAP, except for Elite LIS and Elite LAAP.
