About This Firm
Vestmark Advisory Solutions (VAS) offers sub-advisory services to financial advisors, including Manager Model Delivery, Separate Account Management, and Overlay Management. VAS also provides technology and business process outsourcing services through affiliated companies. VAS does not offer its services directly to clients unless a dual-contract agreement is in place. VAS maintains the Vestmark Manager Marketplace (VMM) that makes available to Financial Advisors a list of Managers and their Manager Models.
Fee Structure
VAS charges fees for Manager Model Delivery, Separate Account Management, Overlay Management, and Direct Indexing, as well as Manager fees and fees for Tech Services and BPO. These fees are typically calculated quarterly. Manager Model Delivery fees range from 0 to 15 bps, Separate Account Management fees range from 0 to 30 bps, Overlay Management fees range from 4 to 20 bps, Direct Indexing fees range from 0 to 30 bps, Manager fees range from 10 to 100 bps, and Tech Services and BPO fees range from 0 to 50 bps. The fees set forth above are in addition to advisory, brokerage, custody and other transaction costs that may be charged by Financial Advisor or other entities unrelated to VAS.
